Fall protection and lanyard in good condition (no cuts, tears, stitching gaps, chemical/UV damage, metal deformation or corrosion, impact indicators)

In addition to the user inspecting their fall protection prior to each use, each personal fall arrest systems shall be inspected on an annual basis by a qualified person other than the user.
