If a scaffold is utilized by different contractors, a competent person of each contractor shall complete a documented inspection of the scaffold unless other written agreements are made. The contractor having care, custody, and control of the scaffold shall establish a process of reporting and correcting deficiencies with the scaffold and a system for complying with the inspection tag requirement.
