7.4 LP GAS STORAGE 

LP gas (e.g., propane) cylinders shall be stored to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rises and physical damage (NFPA 58 8.2.1 - 2020).

Tanks should not be stored in direct sunlight. Store in a shaded area at leas 5 feet from any doorway, window, overhead door, or other building opening.

18. Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) containers shall be kept upright at all times. 19. LPG containers shall not be stored indoors at any time.

20. LPG containers shall be considered “in storage/stored” if not in immediate use.

21. LPG containers shall not be taken in to nor stored in conexes, hooches, gang-boxes, tented areas and similar confined areas for any amount of time.
