Users trained with documentation submitted.

• Confirm confined space training has been provided to worker by their employer.

• Entrants: understand potential hazard, scan properly use equipment (air monitoring, ventilation, communication, PPE, lighting, how to communicate with attendant, when to exit, etc.)

• Attendant: understands potential hazards and behavioral effects on entrant, maintains headcount, remains until relieved, communicates with entrant, summons rescue, warns against unauthorized entry, performs non-entry rescue

• Supervisor: understands potential hazards, verifies all pre-entry testing & equipment is in place, terminates/cancels entry, verifies rescue services, removes unauthorized individuals
