Operations that involve the disturbance of any soil requires the supervisor to secure and ensure compliance with Okland’s Soil Disturbance Permit process. Such operations include, but are not limited to: driving stakes or posts into the ground, digging in the soil with a shovel, auguring, boring, trenching (even with a small light duty trenching machine), drilling, directional drilling, vacuum excavating, hydro excavating, potholing, clearing & grubbing, excavating, trenching, etc.
