13.1 PROPER RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IS BEING USED

Proper respiratory protection is being used

13.2 PORTA JOHNS ARE AT A SAFE DISTANCE FROM WORK

Porta johns are located a safe distance away from any ongoing work location (e.g. where they can be struck by equipment)

13.3 SITE IS CLEAN & ORGANIZED

Site is clean and material organized (no protruding nails, spills/leaks)

13.4 WOOD PROPERLY STORED

Wood is stored in proper location and stacked neatly with all nails removed

13.5 STAGING AREAS ARE ORDERLY

Staging areas are orderly (e.g. no trip hazards, materials on pallets, etc.)

13.6 PROPER RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IS BEING USED

Proper respiratory protection is being used

13.7 CHEMICALS STORED PROPERLY

Chemicals are in adequate storage containers

13.8 WORKERS HAVE ACCESS TO SDS

Workers have access to necessary SDS information (select one worker at random and ask)

13.9 OBSERVED CHEMICALS ARE BEING STORED PROPERLY

Observed chemicals are being stored properly when not in use
